Over the next couple of weeks, I'm going to introduce to you, the Teen Squad. This Squad is made up of teens ages 13-16. Those are two big milestone years. Turning 13 you have finally reached Teenage-dom. And 16. Do we even need to talk about the magic that is 16? Skin is clearing up. Driving. Independence. Definitely memories that we want to capture!
This beauty is Carissa, a sophomore on the girls' water polo and swim teams at Granite Hills High School. She has celebrated her Sweet Sixteen and she got her license. Yay! Check out my exclusive interview with this self proclaimed goal-oriented procrastinator.
SPP: How would your describe your personality?
Carissa: I'd say that I'm laid back and sarcastic, but always kind. I'm pretty athletic. I can be driven, but at the same time I'm a procrastinator.
SPP: What is your style?
Carissa: As far as fashion goes, I can take it or leave it. I do like casual, athletic and beachy looks. You could also say my style is a it tomboyish.
SPP: Where do you like to shop?
Carissa: I love thrift stores, resale shops and vintage. Amazon is my online go-to.
SPP: If you had a super power, what would it be?
Carissa: To freeze time.
SPP: Who are your best friends?
Carissa: I have too many to count.
SPP: What 3 things can you not live without?
Carissa: Food, sleep and Netflix.
SPP: What do you want to do when you grow up?
Carissa: I don't know yet. Maybe an engineer or mathematician, or something to do with technology.
Make up, as always, provided by the amazing and fabulous, Tami Mayhew of Classy Gal Glo.
